Current Opportunities
Reviewing and certifying executed mortgage and loan documents.
Utilisation of PEXA
Coordinating and booking settlements
Calculating and communicating settlement funding and fee amounts (funds available and payout figures)
Collating and providing designated agents with documentation for stamping and lodgement at State Land Title Offices
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience in the areas of lending and mortgages. To be successful, you must have completed a tertiary education and must hold permanent residency in Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess a "can-do" attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. In this role, attention to detail and strong literacy and numeracy skills are a must.
